My wife works for Columbia and we get that stuff dirt cheap... the base layer pants weren't even worth the discounted price. Haha

I tried two pair on in the store and they made a ripping sound as I was pulling them over my leg and I could see the seam starting to separate without even putting them on all the way.
I have the baselayers shirt that works pretty well but good gawd the stank...

My insulated puffy vest with omni heat rocks though!

I use a silk liner to help keep my quilt clean. I think it's about 4 ounces. Adds a little bit of warmth. Works well with my quilt. Don't think I'd like it as much with a bag.
