Tough to do business with them. I had issue with faulty part and had all but given up on hearing from them and then about 7 months later I get an email wanting me to return the piece under warranty. It was eventually resolved but damn......good thing I wasn't in any kind of hurry!!!!

The problem with some mfg is you’ll get banned if you do this. Happened to me with PSA. They banned my account because I returned an item and they didn’t give me my money back. After 7 weeks of fighting, I charged back and got banned for it lol

Good to know as I was looking at their short actions but all are sold out except one that said contract overrun, not sure what that means but maybe not worth asking them as getting a response is hard.

Just my two cents and this is the internet so take it as you will. I’ve had great luck with these actions. I just don’t order stuff from their website. I order from distributors. Never had an issue out of getting them and I’ve also never had a reason to contact them due to issues with the product. That may bite me one day but not so far.

For the most part, Aero products have been fine. But my God, their in-house sales and customer service are so atrocious that I've been completely turned off from ever buying from them. They wasted my time and money after it took them 5 months to ship me an assembled AR10 upper they said was in stock.

Call me petty, but there are PLENTY of great alternatives to most of what Aero offers, especially with bolt guns.

In a sense yes because I was a huge proponent of PSA. They brought affordable guns to the table and had pretty decent QC from my experience. I also was always referring people to them and probably spent a couple thousands dollars there and it’s frustrating that I didn’t even know I was banned. I found out months later trying to purchase something else and they acted like I was an asshole when I called theirCS and called them out on it. They’ve also ignored all my comments on their socials

I’m sure some people are already aware of this, but for those of you that aren’t, do not purchase anything from Aero Precision.

I purchased an action from them over 7 weeks ago. I gave them a month to ship the action before I tried contacting them. Since then I have spent hours on the live chat, phone, and sent numerous emails and have never once made contact with anyone or received an answer. I will never again purchase from or support Aero Precision. I would caution everyone to do the same.

It’s not even the fact of how long it’s taking them to ship it. If I would have just received one response from anyone then this wouldn’t be such a big deal. I hope I can save someone from the headache I’ve dealt with.

Had a similar issue. It’s a shame at they seemed to be very dialed a few years ago.
