DNZ Game Reaper Mount or 2-Piece Rail for Blind Magazine?

I'm considering the one piece DNZ Game Reaper Mount or a Split Rail base for my Bergara B14 Wilderness Ridge. My question is: is the DNZ Mount Better than a full rail in terms of having access to loading and unloading from the top or is it pretty much about the same compared to a single piece rail in this regard?
