Brand new with box and all accessories including four batteries. I had this mounted on a rifle, but never took it outdoors and never used it. I took off the threaded eyecup and installed a Butler Creek flip up cover. The cover was a hair loose so I applied a few wraps up Teflon tape which you can see in the photos so the cap would fit tighter. This is the version 2, 5-20 model with rangefinder and onboard ballistics. Super cool scope but just haven't used it.
