I would think if you have a contract sighned with specific prices noted and they raise them thereafter it’s on the outfitter to honor this previous prices. Don’t see how anyone could add on a fee.

Thanks for the info. Well from the time this thread started till now, Alaska passed the big closure to non substance caribou hunting. Does Arrowhead still plan to take you out in 2023? From what I read, there is still some state land that people can still hunt but it is few and far between
