DIY Canvas tent stove jack add in

Need a bit of advise from your all DIY guys.
Planning to get a Kodiak Canvas Flex bow tent here soon. I want to add in a stove to it so will need to add my own Stove Jack.
I have seen quite a few videos about doing this so I know it works and isnt a huge job.
The question I have is a lot say to stitch them in. I am wanting to glue mine down.
But I am not sure what type of glue would be best to make a good seal.

Any of you all have any ideas on what type to use?

I would ask the stove jack manufacturer what they recommend. The potential problem I see is that I believe they are all fiberglass cloth impregnated with silicone. And basically nothing will permanently adhere to silicone. Not even silicone. I would highly recommend you just find a sew shop that can do it.
