DIY bow hauler?

I saw one on a tenzig and thought it would be something I could do with some recycled camo clothes I had lying around. First sewing job, so it's rough as hell.

Just need to find some webbing and some kind of clip to attach to my tarapocket.
 
I like it. I made a grab it an im just not crazy about how it holds my bow. I considered doing something similar to custom fit my bow.
 
Yeah was thinking something along those lines. I'd just sew the webbing on the hauler and put loops on the end and attach via those triglides to the loops on the pocket. How integral is being able to adjust the height of your bow on your bag?

Speaking from no experience, I can't see why height adjustment would be needed. Just figure out where you want it to ride on your pack and make it for that length.

Depends on what you're hauling your bow through, thick brush and overhanging limbs you'll want it to ride lower to keep from getting snagged, start putting meat on the meatshelf and that'll change how it rides as well etc etc
