Display Skull with Articulating Jaw?

Has anyone here ever set up a skull for display with an articulating mandible? I'm thinking that instead of doing a euro mount I'd like to have my whitetail left as a complete skull on the shelf, but it would be a lot cooler to be able to hold it and mess with the jaw than just have it glued in place.

I have a coyote skull that has the bottom jaw wired in place. The jaws will open and close. I'll try to grab a picture. You could do the same with a deer.
