I used to hunt a city zone and had all kinds of issues like you describe. But since I have the best wife in the world. She would get up with me at four in the morning and drive me to my spots. Go in under the cover of darkness and come out under the cover of darkness unless I killed. No vehicle equals no harrassment.

I'm all about hanging the twig and berries of the big buck you get in there off his driver's side mirror with a thank you note attached. And maybe some skunk essence on the seats of his stands.... especially if I could watch the outcome when the jerk discovers either.

Any of you guys duck hunt the Mississippi or eastern flyways? Worst behavior from hunters I have ever seen!

There are a couple of local wildlife management areas that the state had to put on a draw system out of fear of someone getting shot over hunting spots... Slashed tires, stolen gear, vandalized boats, and high volume cursing matches, etc. were pretty typical occurrences.

Some experience with the MS River flyway.
Growing up in that area, honestly, I tend to hate duck hunters. Whatever it is about duck hunting that attracts assholes is beyond me. Spending a weekend at a high end duck hunting club in that area is absolutely insufferable. It’s like the grand gathering of the “know it alls.” The really high end clubs (some of them with 250k annual memberships) where they have a chef in the pit making breakfast and SEC football on the big screen attracts the biggest pricks in the world. Also, duck hunters in general can’t cook for shit and I’ll never understand the mentality of complaining about not killing 1000 ducks in a season and boast about never eating one in the same rant.

It’s all part of the public land, it happens everywhere even out west.

Reading the lease horror stories on TexasBowHunter makes me realize that for all the douchery on public land... it's even worse when you are paying for it lol

I had very similar situations a couple of times when I lived on Long Island. I reported them immediately and it quelled the problem both times.

Don’t let that guy get by with harassing you. Report and press charges

I hunt 80% public, 20% private. I'd give up big game hunting and just bird hunt if I dealt with assholes like that deer hunting. I'll out hike most and my drahthaar will outhunt their mutts so it all works out. Good luck though and like the car stickers, great idea for hunting in liberal/commie land.

In Colorado stands and blinds in public land are first come first serve regardless of who set them. I would first report the behavior if it falls in line with harassment laws. I would then get enough warm bodies to fill his stands and be ready to record any further harassment.
