Dilligent defense enticer sti problems

@huntinfool84 how did you get ahold
of them? I’ve sent two messages via their online contact form, one 11 days ago and one this past Thursday, and havent heard a peep, nothing in spam folder, etc. they dont have an email or phone listed on their website that I can find. If you have a email or phone # would you share that with me?

Update: sent a direct email (thanks!) and they got back to me within an hour or so. Guy I talked to was extremely helpful, they are getting me taken care of.
@Dbevans sounds like they are working on a new website and some of the web functionality is in progress and taking a while, which I get, but if you need to get this taken care of I'd email directly if you dont get a response from the online form within a day or three, they said they did not receive either of my messages from the online form. [email protected]
Further update--I was a bit frustrated when I emailed them apparently, as I'd been trying to reach them for a while, becasue they took care of me very well I just received a new DT mount no questions asked, as well as their quick adaptor mount to try, a handwritten note with some mounting tips, and a pile of stickers. The new DT mount threaded on with zero resistance onto both of my barrels, so I'm all good, and I have the qd mount to try too. I feel like they took care of me very well, this matters a lot to me so thought I'd let other folks know.

Glad to hear these issues are being handled well by DDC. I like the Lti enough that I've started eyeballing the L in ss and the Road Hunter. Rumor has it my evergreen state is planning to ban suppressors come the next legislative session this spring.

I got ahold of them and they had me mail it to them for inspection.

My buddy just bought brand new tikka 6.5 prc and new DD can and just blew the suppressor right off the barrel? This is right after i just bragged about the quality of both. He's not impressed to say the least. He's taking it back to the gun store where he bought both but how do you know if it was the factory threaded barrel or the can that had the issue?

Take both to a cnc machine shop and measure the barrel threads with a pitch mic and the adapter threads with a go/nogo thread gage.

I have 4 Dilligent cans, not a problem with any. Kinda shocking to blow a supressor off a barrel first shot! I'd be a lil pissed too. Did it blow off at the muzzle, direct thread junction? Or was it at a machined connection in the supressor?

It was actually at shot 17 i believe and it was at the barrel threads direct to can. We screwed it back onto the barrel, but it went past tight and stripped with just hand torque. It's like the threads weren't deep enough or something. Not good considering we leave for rifle elk hunt this week! Makes me nervous as I just ordered the same can!

Man, that's wild. One those threads, OD or ID was out of spec by a lot!
