Digiscope for Athlon Ares gen 2 UHD 65 mm spotter?

Anyone out there have this spotter and use the Ollin digiscope? If so, which Ollin model did you use?

I am currently using the Olin. They don’t make one that fits it exactly and I believe I ended up ordering one for the diamondback hd because it had the closest inner diameter. I wrapped the eye piece in athletic tape and it works at it should. Do have to replace the tape every couple months. I will double check the size and get some pictures after work

I basically just wrapped athletic tape on the eyepiece until it was snug then pushed it on. I also made sure to center iPhone camera to the eyepiece as best as I could. It works. And I did double check and the size was for the Diamondback HD. I also include some pictures. The 3 axis bucks were at 390, the billies were at 420, and the small herd of axis deer were at 360 for reference.

Just wanting to make sure I'm following. You're using the Ollin digiscope (but purchased the Vortex option) for your Ares G2 UHD 65 mm?

Yes specifically the Vortex Diamond back HD version

Just did this. A little tape and it fits great.

I really wish they made one the proper diameter. Now I carry an extra roll of tape just in case it needs replacing out in the field

Not sure if the OP made there decision but I just ordered the magview S1, I'll post up how it fits when it gets delivered

I use the magview for my Ares G2 but with an iPhone 14 Max. However, it isn’t perfect and I have to mess with it every time due to the multiple iPhone cameras. I have since switched to a Phonescope case and it works much better. Thanks for all of the Ollin hacks to make it fit the Ares.

Has anyone tried or had any luck with the scopecam gen 2 universal adapter? I like that its simple and repeatable, and it looks like a good price for whats being offered.
