Difference between left & right tikka bolts

Are the bolt bodies the same for left and right? I only have access to a left hand and of course pictures on the internet. But it looks like you could just swap handles to convert a left hand bolt to right or vice versa.

The extractor and ejector plungers are on the left side of a left-hand bolt.
