Diesel heater through wall on enclosed trailer

I'm going to get a diesel heater to heat my converted enclosed trailer...I'm sick of fighting propane at elevation. Has anyone found a good way to run the heating tube into their trailer? I don't really want to cut a hole through the wall. I do have the air vents that I'm thinking of converting to an adapter through the wall.

Nothing to really add other than I would love to see some photos of your conversion.
Been on my radar for a few years.
Thank you.

My conversion was pretty basic since I still use the trailer for other trailer stuff. Insulated the walls and ceiling with 2" foam board. Installed a Renogy 400W solar panel system with a 2000W inverter linked to two 100ah lithiums for power bank. Then I installed two queen bunk beds on e track rails.
