Diamondback Tactical blurry...

I went shooting last weekend and my diamondback tactical was super blurry. I tried to adjust the parallax to fix the blur and the knob was a little stiff and when I did get start twisting it, it just got more blurry. any advice would help...

turn power to max, turn parallax to infinity, look at a plain white wall, adjust diopter (rubber ring at rear of scope) until reticle is in focus.

See if you can then adjust parallax as normal for distance

If not, send it in.

I have once already they sent me this one but this is the second time I've had this issue. So I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if its just a cheap scope.
