I bought this rifle with the intention of shooting PRS but never got into it so I had the barrel cut and fluted for a truck gun and still it sit in the safe. The rifle is a full build by Short Actions Customs. Round count approx 250 and never ran hot.
- Defiance Deviant Tactical coned breech (labeled SAC)
- 22" spiral fluted Bartlein m24 1:7.5 (initially 26", cut and fluted by Kampfeld Arms)
- PTG M5 bottom metal
- AG Composites stock
- Timney Single stage flat trigger
- Seekins bipod rail
-220 pcs of Lapua brass (200 1x, other 23 have 2-3x load work up)
- Redding bushing full length sizer and micrometer seater
Load was 108 Eld-m and 36.8 Varget, 3015 avg velocity and grouped .2-.3.this load is death to coyotes and still stout enough for deer
