Deer scents, worth it?

I have used raccoon piss as a cover scent with some success. Just open the bottle and put a small tampon in the bottle for a wick.

Whenever I mention deer scents, scrapes, etc., my wife says to break out some vanilla. They like it.

I loosely play with scents. Generally speaking, I don't think they hurt and most are cheap.
