Decoy while calling coyotes

Anyone use a quiver critter while calling for coyotes? Just got permission to hunt a farm with what I'm told is full of yotes. Think it would be better to just sit and call or use the decoy as well?

Personally I wouldn't use all my trucks out the gate.
Start with calling, pick off the easy ones.

Then as they get smarter pull more tricks out of the bag.

I've used decoys a bit. I've had coyotes run over the decoy and I've had coyotes see it and hang up. Decoy dogs sure are fun though.

I use one. It occasionally spooks one, but it seems to bring a lot in harder than they come without the visual aid. I almost always use one. I've shot the first coyote and switched to a wounded coyote and had others lock in on it and got doubles, triples, and a quad I don't think I'd have got without the decoy.

Decoys like that seem to work better on cats in my opinion, but will work on yotes too, I vote with start with calls and then mix it up

On occasion I use a turkey feather on a arrow shaft, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I have 2 cattehula currs that are a blast watching decoy for me. Love the dogs .
