December $487 prefit group buy, several barrels are a go

I have a 257 Roberts Improved on an old Remington 722 action that is a reamed original 257 Roberts rifle. I'd love to have one in a fast twist barrel instead of a 10 twist but I already got the 25 Creedmoor buy started and it is less fuss to shoot heavy bullets due to factory ammo with heavies available to buy.

IMO, the 25 creed is better than the 257 Roberts flavors for lots of reasons, but the heart wants what it wants, lol.

I might be. Heart was set on 260 Rem for a rebarrel but a .257 is close. The 25 Creed is tempting too.

The 350 pieces of new brass say I should try for the Roberts before giving in to the temptation of the 25 creedmoor.
