What I have is a Davis 10X14 tent with floor. Zippered side and back windows installed, door is zippered, Tent material is water, mildew and fire treated. It does not have a stove jack installed but I do have one that you can install yourself. Also included is a 10X18 poly fly/awning, all CMT poles cut for tent and awning and a Davis small stove, it is the Vally model listed on their website. All items are in Davis made zippered bags. The tent has been set up one time and the pictures here represent that one time set up. I was up for about a week and was slept in one night. The stove is unused and packed in a carry bag. Everything is either new or like new. I live in Florida but could use a road trip so I would be willing to meet someone half way for delivery. I’m also willing to ship but you will pay actual shipping. I‘ll have the UPS store pack and ship. If interested I also have 2 Davis, Bigboy cots and pads I’ll include for an extra $250. They are also like new.
