I think the only thing that bow is missing is the pic sight Mount otherwise is looks like a heck of a bow with some great tuning options. It’s interesting to see how companies work around Elite and Bowtechs patents and provide what look like great tuning options.

If I was in the market it would be getting a hard look as I don’t have a press at home but do enjoy to tinker.

I just use the bow master press, I can do most things.

I might go try and shoot one this week. My normal shop isn't a dealer but a nearby shop is. They even have 60# in stock, which is somewhat unique.

Most folks don’t realize that most companies are using darton tech. A guy once told me that darton isn’t in the top 5 because the top 5 are all paying darton. Last darton I shot was a veracity 35 and it was an incredible bow

Kinda.

I think that was true for a while, hoyt cam and 1/2 was leased, but patents do expire. Not sure about others.

I don't know if they have collected patent money in the past 5 years or so.

Darton isn't the company they use to be either, tho I hope and expect them to do well. They produce a pretty solid bow.

I went and shot a 60# 31 and a 70# 35 turned down to 60. The 35 was great and am going to wait until a 33 comes in to see if it has an acceptable string angle.

The limb tuning features works as advertised. Bear Creek Archery volunteered to show it off and it took a full 2min to go from bullet hole with everything centered, to left tear, to right tear. The bow was setup with a whisker biscuit centered, there's a center shot line on the shelf and grip, and the nock at 90deg.

Wasn’t the evolve cam a Darton design? I know it’s been awhile now, but still probably my favorite cam system I’ve ever shot.

I don’t think any company has stuck with a cam as long as PSE did with the evolve

I believe it was, but didn't want to say.

I kinda think it's Bowtech, Elite, PSE, and I know Hoyt leased patents. Mathews stuck with SoloCam for a long time, I suspect til patent ran out, that's when they suddenly dropped it.

But, that's just info from some random guy on the internet, could all be wrong.

One other thing that I forgot, and it seems important to me:
The riser is wide where the rest goes. I was told at Bear Creek Archery that "most" rests with standard mounting don't have enough left (for the bow) travel to accommodate. I was told my Trinity would not fit and my Epsilon would not fit unless I got the COR(E?) plate for the latter. It looked about 1/4" wider than normal, so it seemed to be true.

If anyone is headed out to buy, just be aware you might have one additional expense.

Been shooting a Sequel 31 and waiting on a lefty 31 st2. Also ordered the 75% let off speed mod which will go on the st2. The speed mod that comes with the st2 will go on the Sequel. The Sequel is a real nice bow.
