despite having about 8 or 10 pairs DT they aren’t my favorite, by far. I feel like they all get small and tight, they also feel like they have lot of nylon Ect hence the reason they last so long. For me they aren’t the best or the worst. They are high on longevity but I think they lack in the performance department.

I have some smart Wool everyday socks that like quite a bit however they don’t get the longevity of DT. The heavy weight smart wool over the calf wader socks are my go to for winter steelhead fishing and for late season stand sits for whitetails. I feel like I have gotten my moneys worth and then some.

I like Farm to Feet better than both DT and Smart wool.

I've had good luck with Smart Wool socks. I have a bunch of pairs. I was surprised how comfy they were in the hot Texas summers. I think a few pair are 10 years old. I've had 1 or 2 get a hole over that time and I just toss them and pickup another pair.
