Nothing wrong with this new system, i commend CPW and will continue to pay my dues. In regards to hunting pressure, it is also nice that a bunch of guys will no longer pay to play.
I'm here to play the point game in Colorado and support the increase in price to apply. I'm still afraid people are just b**ching and moaning about the fee increases, but will still apply, but we shall see. I am hopeful that some of the lower point archery elk tags don't experience a point increase, as I have my eyes set on some of those hunts
The only thing I hate now is not being able to buy the hip stamp with the small game tag. I see a few folks forgetting it.
It added my habitat stamp automatically as wellDo you mean a habitat stamp? I could have sworn it automatically added a habitat stamp when I selected the small game and fishing license.
Personally I don't think it will have that big of an effect on the number of hunters. Here's one I don't understand........a draw unit I'm very familiar with, the pressure has increased exponentially over the last 10 years..........yet the number of tags has remained the same. From what I heard from this last year, it was 10 times worse in there than an OTC unit.
