Ya he's a bruiser. Way to go.

No issues with my Kimber MT 325 wsm over the last 10 years.

Great Ram!

On the jamming front, both my custom m700 6.5 SAUM and X-Bolt 300 WSM have had issues with the spent case hitting the windage turret and bouncing back into the chamber. Seems you need higher rings or a very low profile windage knob to avoid this issue. Never had an issue feeding beyond that.

It's always amazed me that scope manufacturers insist on having the windage knob on the right when most rifles are for right handed operation.

I have a 2.5x ultralight in x-low talleys on a Kimber Montana 338 Federal and that knob over the loding port was a point of frustration so I simple rotated the scope 90 degrees left.......works with crosshairs.

Good idea if you don't have a side parallax knob. Filing down the knurling of the windage adjustment cap seemed to do the trick on a VX6 for me.

I have a Kahles scope with left side windage turret but of course they put the illumination control knob on the right side instead..

Stud of a Ram for sure! Love the character on the horns. I have a 270WSM by Tikka and never had a problem with feeding or ejecting at all. I took my Dall at 520y one shot and done. Love that rifle!

Brown Bear:

I talked with Joe Huston when he did some work for me in the Chugach Mountains. He asked me about you. I told him that you're a "straight-up guy" and that you're not into vengeance or revenge. Joe later articulated to me the experience you had in the Talkeetnas, when he extracted you. Seems that you killed a great sheep and congratulation on that accomplishment. By gones be by gones. Anyways .....

awesome RAM!

I shot mine with a 270 WSM and that rifle has been tough to run the bolt closed on a few times, but other than that its been great.
