Okay guys I need your opinions on my latest wild haired idea..
CVA Spur .410 - this gun
CVA Picatinny/Buffer Tube Adapter - this adapter
Sig Sauer MCX/MPX Folding Minimalist Stock w/Locking Hinge 8901410 - This stock..
Probably get a little aimpoint acro on there and then rattlecan the whole thing too.
Maybe chop it to the handguard and throw this thing on there? Banish 410
Probably ruin the pattern past 30 yards.

Tell me this thing would not be just a ripper of a little .410 turkey gun?
I shoot .410 TSS from Apex, it is lethal..

I had not seen the banish .410 before. If it could work with 9 or 9.5 tss and a turkey choke, it would let me do all of my hunting suppressed. Still might have to check into it a bit more.

From what I see, it does - it also has interchangeable internal chokes that run the length of the suppressor.. very interesting

Looks great! I've got some buddies who are turkey killing machines and they like #10 with a 410... crazy. I've never ran smaller than 9. I also think you could bump the range out depending how it patterns.

No - it says 8 or bigger, and you can't use the full choke with tss. So, would need to find a .410 tss load in 8 that also patterns with a modified choke.

Cool build. I like it. I'm working on a similar .410 Shockwave build.

You could also use a .45-cal pistol suppressor on the .410. As long as the can is less than 6 inches or so in length, the shot wad won't open up and cause internal issues. Phoenix Weaponry owner Aaron Cayce, who builds a bunch of integrally-suppressed shotguns, told me he did copious shotshell testing to determine this.

If you need more info, give him a call.

Well that hurts this build in the points. https://apexmunition.com/shop/turkey-tss/mossy-oak-greenleaf-turkey-tss/ ive got like 12 boxes of this stuff

good intel, thank you

I'm curious to see whether CVA will sell the stocks from the new Scout XP/XP-SB/XP Pistol lines as a separate item, as they take buffer tubes:

Putting a folder on the shorter-barrelled models would be interesting. Never thought about it for the Spur...thanks for the inspiration, @EuroOptic!

The new muzzleloader they dropped with the short barrel and that stock is very appealing.. We do a lot of inline hunting here on the east coast. Early PA bear, NY late season, NJ bear.. a short in line for doing drives is a need
