CVA Paramount Issues

Has anyone experienced their ramrod sticking to the ELR bullet when removing the ramrod from the barrel?
I’ve also had the gas check completely separate from the bullet when removing the ramrod.
I purchased this muzzleloader couple years ago new, unfortunately due to EHD disease hunting whitetails in my area not worth burning up the gas. I just started sighting in the muzzleloader and this has occurred three times out of 21 rounds through it. Needless to say highly disappointed! I have reached out to CVA via email and no response yet.

I use this system exclusively. Actually I use Arrowhead XLD's and I have to drill just slightly inside the jag to prevent damage to the tips.
Every ramrod I have I utilize these.

The OP is now having issues with never ending gold metallic flakes coming out of his barrel. No matter how clean he gets it, the metal flakes keep coming. Those same Metal flakes were present from the factory before he ever shot it, now are still there after 20 or so rounds

Metal like flakes. He showed me. It literally looks like flakes of gold as if you were panning for it
