Cut Proof Gloves

Iv used these a ton i commercial kitchens. For just cutting and skinning a sharp knife and good awareness of said knife goes a long way. The problem with these gloves is you loose your dexterity and don’t have natural form. The only thing i think there purposeful for is cleaning meat slicers. Every thing else im better off without.

SHOWA cut resistant gloves for DELICATE OPERATIONS... cat's ass and a completely different game than heavy mesh style gloves. You can use them fingers for a cutting board when splitting lips and noses. They do not keep pokes at bay though. Nor are they very warm, but weigh next to nothing and you can sew with them on.

They make great spearfishing gloves except for the catfish spines still get you, and they are difficult to pull on when wet, so you need a bunch of them so as to always have a dry pair handy.
