Custom chasis build

Hi everyone, I’m considering a “lightweight” chasis custom build in 7prc. Thinking mdt hnt-26 chasis, proof barrel, TT primary trigger. I am unsure of action etc. Would like it to be 6-7.5lbs without scope. Builders and advice is welcome.

Great advice, I should specify that I want the adjustability of the stock (prs) style such as the Christensen arms MPR. I like the atlus advice, it would be nice to receive a pre-fit barreled action
