I’ve been asking a few questions on here lately. I appreciate all the input. I’m working on my custom build, 280ai . I’m at the point where I will ask about 30 mm scope rings. I’m looking for information about the low-profile 30 mm Picatinny rail scope rings from anybody that has any input on the high-end options on the market now. Thank you for your input

What are you going to do with this rifle(ie, what kind of hunting)?

I hunt in Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Texas and Utah,
Mule deer, bear, hog, and pronghorn (hopefully mountain goat someday)
I also have a 1000 yard range I shoot at.

A419 hellfire break
McMillan game hunter edge tech stock
Jewel trigger
Topped with a VX5 HD

Hawkins Precision or ARC M10's would be my first choices. I have a set of lightly used M10 30mm's if interested.

Yea, I switched to the Hawkins hybrid to get away from a rail and save a little weight (even though the rail is Ti and rings aren't very heavy).

Seekins for pic rings, but I'd use a unitized mount if not swapping scopes around.

Nice twist rate. What bullets are you going to shoot? For rings, like Seekins a lot. Or the one piece scope harness from Nightforce.

You got all the parts already? Evidently Barret is making Fieldcrafts in 280AI. Could probabaly get two for the cost of a build these days.
