Custom backpack sewing

Anyone have any suggestions for someone who can make my mystery ranch treehouse 16 attach to my pop up 28 frame with a meat shelf? I think the 16 would just need the backpack straps cut off, a meat shelf sewed on and a few buckles/straps sewed on. Would make the ideal whitetail pack for me
