Cummins 67A Recall

Well it appears Cummins is still pushing hard for an "update" to satisfy the feds. I have 150k on my 2017. The last 100k have been trouble free. The interwebz is full of bad stories. Anyone with personal experience? I am tempted to walk away and keep her as is. Always leery of someone wanting to give me a "free" warranty.

I'd be very wary of ever taking it into a dealer. They will probably do the reflash whether you want it done or not.

If it is not mandatory no way. Mine runs fine. I have not heard good or bad on people having it done. Bad enough the computer security code thing can't even change the tire tpi's so you don't have to run 80 psi, let alone emission junk. You'd think Cummins would fix the grid heater problem first worry about emission garbage later. Unfortunately both will destroy the 6.7
