I've been using Talley rings / bases for years, I'm new to the pic rail system, will these work on a pic rail?

probably. general rule of thumb is that weaver rings will work on pic rails, but pic rings won't work on weaver rails.

That being said, I'd look for some actual picatinny rings if you have an actual picatinny rail or bases. There's lots of options, I've had good luck with nightforce and burris. Seekins and ARC have good reputations too.
