Wear my Cabela’s (traded in points... who cares?) every day around the house. Work out in them as well... in the home gym.

Here’s a croc secret. For camp shoes get the Walmart no name crocs. They are just as comfortable but they are much lighter than real crocs and they are only $10 bucks!
I now wear these all the time for everything. The older I get the more comfort has risen in priority, both in hunting and life in general. I’ve never been one to be concerned about what others think about what I wear.

I figured this type of shoe made by any fool or their brother was all the same. Walked around in a borrowed off-brand pair for a weekend and didn't at all understand the hype. My Rainbow flip-flops have ruled my relaxed-feet world for 15 yrs.

Enter my buddy's kid with his legit Crocs.

This little fella is 15 y.o. and sz 12. One Friday night as I headed down to the dock to check my catfishing rigs, I Cinderella'd my way into this boy's foam shoes on a whim. Dammed if I took them off all weekend!

Sadly, come late Sunday, he snagged 'em back and I've pined for them ever since. They've sat on my to-buy list for over a year now and this thread just might be the Croc to the butt I need to ease the barking.

I stand loyally by my Rainbows and will never be without them. Yet, as I have both jam pants and sweat pants, I will also one day (tomorrow?) have both flops and Crocs.

Bobstores.com has a couple literide styles on sale for 13 and 16 bucks. They are the newer model with the gel bottoms. Very comfy. The red and black slides are very comfy and the other model is also but weighs about 5 ozs more.

I wear them around the house and as camp shoes even though the ol’ lady thinks they’re ugly as sin. They’re really convenient and I love them even though they aren’t going to win me any fashion awards.

Yep, wear 'em. If you have a base camp and weight doesn't matter, get the furry-lined version, too. They're the shit when it's cold.

My wife gives me the dirty look when I wear them around the house. And I have a special backpacking pair for around camp. No shame here!

The county jail issues orange Crocs to all of the prisoners. Cheap footwear for the taxpayers and probably tough to try to escape and run.

I wear them as camp shoes and on days when waders and boots are my primary footwear they’re my others shoes.

I got my first pair about 12 years ago and would always slip them on after wearing work boots all day for the drive home and loved them but my wife threw that pair away and I went without for a couple years before picking up another pair. She still hates them but I see her slipping themon all the time now to take the dog out or get the mail. I mainly use them for that and camping since it’s nice to slip them on after byin boots hiking around all day vs going barefoot now.

I had a pair up until the time I slipped on a wet concrete floor wearing them. Did permanent damage to my neck from whiplash trying to catch myself.

I the them in the burn barrel.
