Critique my layers

I am in the process of upgrading my hunting clothes for whitetail season in Pa. Will be stand hunting in North Central Pa with temps 20-40 on average. I already have purchased Pnuma Waypoint pants and jacket, KUIU guide x gloves, Merinotech merino underwear and some sock liners and Darn Tough heavyweight Merino socks. I plan on ordering the Kiln quarter zip top and Furnace long johns from First Lite. I am struggling a bit with a mid layer and was thinking about a heated vest off amazon or just a fleece pull over or sweat shirt. I am not to crazy about hoodies for hunting because they get soaked in rain or snow. Any thoughts?

I got the furnunce top layer and uses a down vest my work gave me over that. Warm as can be with those two in conjunction as a midlayer. I hunt northwest pa for reference. Can layout my whole set up if you want.
