I have a, pair of Crispi Guide GTX uninsulated.... Anyone have worn these and Kenetrek extreme? I don't have anywhere locally where I can try on kenetrek
Thanks in advance!
I tried on both at scheels a few weeks ago. The crispi ran a bit larger than the Kennetrek, at least in the 10.5’s I was trying on.
Overall, I felt the quality of the crispi was a little better (stiching, sole composition, teacher to fabric transitions). But, the kennetrek fit my foot better (I have a narrow foot with low arches). The crispi had a much wider toe box which I couldn’t get comfortable with. Also, my heels didn’t lock down as well in the crispi.
I ended up not purchasing either boot, as they weren’t quite what I was looking for. But, they both were very nice boots.
I wear the same size in both.. i started with kenetrek several years ago and have since switched to cripsi. they fit a little better and a touch more comfortable for me.
