Crispi insoles

I run the SOLE Performance Medium + Met Pad Insoles and really like them. I tried the Superfeet Hike Support Insoles, but I sent them back due to getting hot spots. My feet tend to sweat a lot, so that was probably a me problem.

I have the Superfeet in a couple pairs of boots and they're better than factory, but if you want a superior insole for them, I'd recommend the Sheep Feet.

Those are nearly the cost of another pair of boots! Definitely not doing that unless I win some money on the lottery this week

Pretty much anything other than the stock Crispi insole will be an upgrade…considering how proud Crispi is of their boots ( and don’t get me wrong, across their entire line they are generally very well constructed and durable boots), it’s unbelievable to me how bad that Air Mesh insole they include is…

The Crispi insoles don’t have much of a heel cup and they aren’t real thick so you need to be careful with fit when upgrading…

The Superfeet Hike ones mentioned above are good. The Sole ones mentioned are good (but you might need the Sole ‘Thin’ ones depending on your current fit in the boot). If you don’t need much more support than the boot provides, heck even some of the gel Dr Scholls at Walmart or Walgreens are way better than the stock Cripsi ones…

I may try ones from Walmart to see how much something other stock affects fit before spending money on Superfeet

The sheep feet aren't worth the cost. I ordered them because I have foot issues and they aren't any better than a cheaper pair of superfeet.

I run the "Pace Insoles Wide Foot Arch Supports for Flat Feet to High Arches - Extra Firm". They fir my Wide Nevada's well. I like them because I have extra high arches.

I got the Superfeet insoles after I nearly crippled myself in my Crispi Altitude GTX during my late summer training and Scouting. For a few months, I was hiking 3-7 miles a day and it was not getting better in the heel area which created a blister and giant hole in my heel. (The uphills were the worst part) When it came time to hunt, I had to switch to heavy bandage and my Whites Lochsa insulated boots which were larger, this allowed me to hunt. I think I bought the Crispi's too small. So no, I didn't notice much difference in the Superfeet as that area was ok to begin with. Live and learn.

I have been really happy with these: superfeet hike cushion.

Tried greens, Soles, Oboz - these have worked best for me.

I am also a huge fan of the SOLE insoles. I use the Performance Thick version, blue with the cork bottoms. I use them daily in everything from my Crispis for guiding to my Georgias and Whites for construction. They can be worn in but I prefer to follow their instructions for heating them in an oven and molding to my feet. I can usually find them on Amazon for $45-60 so for the money they’re amazing. Definitely worth a shot.

Superfeet green have worked real well for me in my Crispi boots. I use Smartwool silk liner socks with Darn Tough hunter socks over them and my feet have never gotten any blisters now in fours years of hunting.
