I bought a pair of Nevada's this fall. While hunting in them shortly after I noticed the stitching in the tongue was coming undone. I sent Crispi an email with pics showing what happened. I asked if I could could using them the rest of the fall and send them back when done. No problem there. They sent me a shipping label and when I was ready I boxed them up and sent them to the company they use for repairs. That was just before Christmas. I received them back today, good as new. Pretty quick turnaround with the holidays and all. Communication with Crispi was excellent.
