I currently have a pair of Lowa Ticam’s that have been one of my favorite boots. Gohunt tags them as a 3.5 flex. It seems they don’t come in the color I have any longer, so I’m looking for a similar boot and that has brought me to the Crispi Briksdal Non-Insulated. Crispi tags the Briksdal Non-Insulated at a 4 flex. Not sure if the gohunt & crispi flex ratings are equal or not.
Does anyone have first hand experience with both to be able to say if they’re pretty much the same when it comes to stiffness/flex rating? I also have the Lowa Camino’s (gohunt flex rating 3), and prefer the Ticam’s over the camino’s.
Open to other suggestions as well.
