Who has had their Crispi boots resoled? Where? And how were the results?
I have a pair of boots that were very comfortable and after having them resoled by a local cobbler my feet hurt after one day of using them.

Crispi’s approved factory resoler is Gary’s Shoe Store in Richfield, UT. Using him will keep any factory warranties intact. He uses Crispi factory soles as replacements. His prices are reasonable, but I know his lead times are looooooooong.

Second choice would be Mr. Cobbler in grand junction Colorado. He doesn’t use the exact same outsoles as Crispi, but the vibram he uses is of the same density as Crispi uses so the underfoot feel would be the same. He charges more than the guy in Richfield, but his lead times are a little shorter from talking to both of them.

I just had a rand repair done under warranty by Gary. I doubt my boots were in his shop for longer than 24 hours before they were in their way back to me. I got them back so quickly I assumed that there was a shipping error and my package had been returned to sender!

Well I had both rands repaired under warranty in February and after less than 10 days in the boots I have both rands peeling again. WTF Crispi!! I'm going to take a trip to the hardware store and buy some 3M 5200. This is garbage.

I had mine re-soled locally, Fit is good, sole is alot harder the original. I figure when these wear out I'll just by a new pair. I got money out of them.

I just called Gary's and they are on a 3 month lead time as of this morning. $130 plus return shipping. I am probably going to buy a second pair and get my current Nevada's sent out in the next week or so.

I’ve used Dave Page in Seattle for resole jobs. Yes, sometimes they don’t fit as well after the resole and need a new break in period.
I sent pair of hanwags there expecting factory mid sole and sole replaced. I did get new mid but not factory original replacement mid or sole. Work was good just make sure and ask what they will replace it with. I assume it would be Hanwag original as it’s a Hanwag certified cobbler, my fault for not double checking

Awesome people at Gary's. Super helpful. Doesn't surprise me they are 3 months out. Good idea to order a new pair and get these fixed up to have a spare pair of awesome boots.
