Crispi Boot Customer shoutout

Juat a shoutout to care of customer support these guys still operate under. I have been "suggesting" equipment for a new "out west hunter" here in SC. I have a pair of Crispie Guides I love and mentioned them to him. He ordered him a pair and a few months later, he happen to mention that he didn't like them and they were just uncomfortable and was looking into buying another brand. I told him to "reach out" to Crispie and explain what was going on. I had heard good things about their customer service and he had nothing to lose by doing so. He messgaed them explainig his issue and heard nothing else. The next week, he received another Crispie style boot with a letter to him. He tried the differant style, he didn't know what style they were at the time, and he was in love. He sent the Guides back and is leaving for his Montana hunt Sat without having to worry about his feet. He's worn them a few months now, even at his construction job and still in love.

I have the valdres and had some minor issues. I shipped them to their boot guy and he fixed them right up and had them back to me in a timely manner. They are the only hunting boots I’ve ever owned that didn’t leak and I’ve had mine a long time. I put the crispi waterproof cream or mink oil on my boots several times a year to help with the waterproofing.
