Looking for end user feedback on Crispi Alpine Pro SF boots. Technical info claims 5 rating on stiffness. Curious if that’s accurate & overall impression of boots.

I have Crispi Thor ll which are rated a 4 out of 5 & I don’t find them that stiff.

Any user experience - feedback would be appreciated.

TIA

These are brand new, I doubt anybody has any good feedback on them quite yet. I’m curious too though.

I tried them on at Scheels. Fit similar to a La sportiva aequilibrium. They are narrower than most crispi boots but better than most in that type. It’s definitely stiff but I found it to be more comfortable than the Colorado, Thor, or Laponia. Something about where it does flex lined up better with my foot.

Rec’vd boots. Wore them for 5 mi hike in PNW of Idaho. Out of box fit & no break in needed for my anatomical DNA. 1,000 ft elevation change landscape. Performed superbly. Not as stiff as Meindl Alaska or Lowa Tibet & noticeably lighter but slightly stiffer than Asolo Hunter GV or Kuiu Scarpa Pro Rebel GTX boots.

Crispi Alpine Pro SF are similar to Scarpa Rebel Pro K GTX boot in weight & performance.

Alpine Pro SF are a great all season boot. Light enough for summer hot weather & breathe. Tread design works well for steep downhill and has natural rocker for making faster strides in flats. Lacing design is simple & intuitive. Materials are first rate & interesting hexagon textile design used midfoot for breathing. Overall a great boot & you can wear all day if your feet’s DNA work with footbed’s design.
