Cracked lapua first firing(?)

This was a new one for me... Reasonable load of h4350, no pressure signs. Shot 30 rounds today, the 8th shot case came out like this.

It's all the way through, can blow are through it

243 win, 169 rnds through the barrel, Tikka.

Any ideas?

I’ve had it happen with new Peterson brass. Lost one case out of 50. See what Lapua says, they may send you some new brass.

I had this same exact thing happen with lapua 243 brass a year or two ago. I emailed them, sent the bad cases in and they sent me a new box. I thought I started a thread here about it with pics. Edit , Split case/ lapua 2nd firing. Thread , sorry I’m illiterate and don’t know how to copy and paste
