Cpap high altitude and cold

I was luck enough to get a ticket into the CPAP world. I have heard high altitude 9-10k they do not work well. Also saw some of the compact units have temp limits. I do both of these conditions. Any experience with success? Looking to use a relogy battery. Thanks in advance!

We stayed in an air bnb at 9600 last year with no issues. Granted the house was heated and I had power. I’m following along for other answers as well. I want to be able to rough it with a machine for a few days.

I've used a Breas Z2 auto with the renogy battery at 10,500 and upper 20's without issues. Was it as efficient as at 1,200? Probably not. But it gave me a better night sleep than not having it.

Never had an issue on my ski trips at altitude. I think it also helps you sleep much better at altitude. Feel less of the altitude effects using my CPAP

What model do you all recommend for packing in?

For packing Resmed Mini and a good size lithium battery. Was able to run this setup for 3 days during scouting trips. For hunting I normally take a 100 watt solar panel for camp and use that to charge a small sealed lead acid battery. That becomes my power supply over the hunt. I do not use one, but my cousin had his last fall and at ~11,000 he had to take it off the first night. Said it couldn't keep up and was more suffocating him than anything. We had generator power but we were camping, so around freezing temps.
