It's a rebranded Innorel RT90C, really popular budget predator hunting tripod. I've shot off it a bit and it's everything I expected. Got the DLOW-55 ball head from them too,

Got that innorel 90 off Amazon years ago and it is still a great tri pod also with the dlow.

Only thing I would like is less sections to get my legs out, but these are beasts
