That looks and sounds absolutely heavenly.Hank Shaw's Lapin a la Moutarde (Rabbit in Mustard Sauce) is what I made with the only rabbit I ever shot, but it was incredible, one of my favorite wild game experiences.

About how many rabbits do you need for a good portion for everyone.Mine is mixed oignons,1/2 of Canadian maple sirup,3/4 chili sauce,pepper,carrots, mushrooms,6-8 hours on low.
