Check out your local Costco, just got a breathable jacket, functional equivalent of a Kuiu product, for $20. It's four way stretch polyester with a microfleece liner, DWR coating, and breathable layer. They have four colors but the only one really suited for hunting is the olive grey tweed color(that's their name I believe), especially for rifle guys who don't need super close camo. Although it does not have a hood or pit zips, it's a great jacket and when I compared it to my Kuiu guide and attack pants by the fingernail sound scratch test, it seemed to be just as quiet.
I cannibalized a hood from an old Marmot down parka and am having that sewn on for cold weather use, saved me a pile over even a used jacket. Good luck.
