Is entire lens +2.0 or are these more like a progressive lens?

Top picture shows the small lens (lighter color) in the bottom center of glasses. The rest
of the glass is regular sunglass. I just tilt my head up to use the lens "reader" section when
I need the magnification on mine.

This it correct. Normal lenses with the ÷2.00 focal lens on the bottom.
