core 4 element jacket care

I contacted Core 4 customer service but have yet to hear from them, so I will ask here. In the instructions it says in order to get the best performance out of your jacket, to use Nikwax TX.Direct when washing. This stuff is supposed to keep it water repellant. My question, after how many uses or washes do you wash in this stuff?

I'd like to hear the answer you get from core4 as I have the same question. Just beware last time I emailed core4 it took them over a week to respond

You might try sending them a message on FB. Seems like they are active on there. I've had good luck with some companies it seems like going that route.

Ever since the company got sold to Easton I think there customer service has suffered. I used to email them and get an answer within hours I still haven't got an answer on when the gators will be available. Love their products though.
