What’s the load combo to hit that? That’s cookin for a 300 win

I fat fingered the velocity. Should have been 3010 fps. Load is 72.5 GR RL22. Have a couple more loads increasing the power up to 73.5gr to see what more I can squeeze out of it so long as pressure signs don’t show up.

Yes. I will also have a moose and grizzly tag, and if I see one of the two I like, will probably take them as an option.

I found the 200gr to be slightly more accurate than the 180s so far, so will probably stick with them.

If this was only a sheep hunt, I would be playing with the 168’s more. But with grizzly possibly on the menu, I wanted to step up to the heavier pill.

Good plan. I have a tendancy to overcomplicate things, especially having 2+ yrs of anticipation, and took twenty 165 gr Ballistic tips and twenty 200 gr Accubonds, with a simple DOPE adjustment once I switched from chasing a ram to Moose/Bou. This is 125 grains leftover from a 200 gr Accubond through a Caribou's shoulders at 317 yards (2900 MV)....if I went on that same hunt again I would just go with 200s for everything like you are doing.
