Cool Towns to Stop In for a Night (Utah, Colorado, WY)

My brother and I drew antelope tags in Wyoming and will be driving from Arizona. It's conceivable we'll split the drive up on the way and back, especially if we tag out early we may take a leisurely trip home. Any opinions on stops along the way that have a decent downtown area? Decent food, drinking holes with good cocktails or breweries with decent beer, that type of thing.

We'd be traveling from Flagstaff to Lander-ish Wyoming. Towns of interest so far:
Moab, UT
Craig, CO
Durango, CO
Lander, WY
Ogden, UT
SLC, UT

What are we missing and what are your recommendations?

This here. Spent a week in the Durango/Silverton/Ouray area earlier this summer. Fantastic area.

Ideally on the way up we'd stop somewhere right on the route, so Moab or...What about Rifle, Meeker, Craig, Palisade, Grand Junction? Any of these places worth a damn? I've only heard Grand Junction is mostly an S-Hole but it is in a convenient location...

I haven’t been in many of the cool spots in CO, but in UT, I like Moab. I also like Park City where you can get Polygamy Porter at the Wasatch Brewery.
