Cooking pans?

I use cast iron for about everything. All sizes and makes models. Keep oiled and I use I light sponge/scrubber but no soap to get sticky cringe out. Warm on burner to dry and pour a dab of oil in and rub around w paper towel.
 
Carbon steel and cast iron is what we use if not using stainless. Been through a few ceramic pans and they work great when new but don't last.
